Device Compatibility
Push Gaming ships RetroVerse as a web client: an HTML page, a JavaScript bundle and image atlases that your browser downloads. There's nothing to install from an app store. If your casino offers the game, you open it in the same mobile browser you use for everything else.
Push Gaming doesn't publish a list of supported devices or minimum specs for RetroVerse, so we won't make one up. What we can say: the game runs in the browser, so an up-to-date browser on a current phone is the sensible baseline. If the game misbehaves, the fixes below are the usual browser ones.
The 6×9 Grid on a Small Screen
The grid is 6 columns wide and 9 rows tall, 54 positions in total. That's taller than it is wide, which is the opposite of a classic 5-reel slot. On a phone held upright, a tall grid has more room to use than a wide one.
There's a lot happening on 54 small squares: cascades, Wilds carrying multipliers, Wild Mystery boxes, and in Free Spins a board filling up with Instant Prize values from x1 to x500. If the numbers feel small on your screen, turning the phone or moving to a tablet makes them easier to follow.
The rules don't change with screen size. Same 10,000x cap per round, the same Push Bet and Bonus Buy options on the builds that have them, and the RTP line in the info panel still tells you which build you're on.

RTP build
Open the game info panel and read the RTP line. 96.24% is the main build; 94.37%, 92.38% and 85.32% builds also exist.
Bonus Buy button
The 92.38% and 85.32% builds have no Bonus Buy. If the option is missing, read the RTP line to see which build you are on.
Push Bet
Boost costs 1.5x the Base Bet and Mega Boost 2.5x. Easy to leave switched on by accident on a small screen, so check the stake before a long session.
Region block page
Push Gaming's demo server sends visitors from some regions to a geo-block page. That's a provider restriction, not a fault on your phone.
Troubleshooting
Game slow to load
The first load pulls the full image set. Use Wi-Fi for that, and later visits should be quicker from the browser cache.
Animations stutter in long cascades
Turn off battery saver and close background apps. Long cascade chains and busy Free Spins boards are the heaviest moments.
No sound
Check the in-game sound setting and make sure the phone isn't on its silent switch.
Controls stop responding mid-round
Let the cascade chain finish. Controls come back once the spin has fully settled.
